Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and suspected violations of privacy policies to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and supportive environment.
