  • Responsibilities · Lead and drive all New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within the plant, ensuring smooth transition from prototype to mass production
  • · Liaise and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ/factory to manage product introduction activities, including packaging requirements
  • · Create, review, and modify Bill of Materials (BOM) structures for assembly processes
