Conduct SWOT analysis on the market and competitors to explore business opportunities and develop regional business plans based on key business objectives.
Identify any team vacancies and immediately recruit qualified new employees according to company recruitment regulations and MR competency model, and provide field coaching to Medical Representatives (MRs) using field coaching forms.

Key Requirements

Market management experience
