Job Summary

  • Professionally achieve regional sales targets and ensure the regional team successfully completes the work plan (POA), field strategy plan, and regional plan according to company policy and AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis on the market and competitors to explore business opportunities and develop regional business plans based on key business objectives.
  • Identify any team vacancies and immediately recruit qualified new employees according to company recruitment regulations and MR competency model, and provide field coaching to Medical Representatives (MRs) using field coaching forms.
