This position is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Detective/Investigator and Clergy Compliance Officer, including oversight of investigative operations, records management and police property room.

Key Requirements
High school diploma / GED
Two years certified law enforcement experience
Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and training certificate
At least 21 years of age
Valid Arkansas Driver’s license
Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office
Ability to prepare and write police reports
Ability to communicate and maintain rapport
Ability to engage and maintain control
Knowledge of law enforcement practices
Knowledge of law enforcement traffic, criminal laws, and departmental regulations
Ability to enforce parking regulations
Ability to operate motor vehicles
Skill in firearms operations
Ability to walk 8 to 12 miles in a 12-hour shift
Ability to climb stairwells
Five years law enforcement experience
Prior investigative experience
