Job Summary

  • The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Manager will be responsible for managing the strategy and day-to-day operations of DEIB initiatives that foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace, including overseeing and managing Associate Resource Groups (ARGs).
  • This individual-contributor role will report directly to the CHRO and will be based onsite full-time at Mercedes-Benz Stadium with regular local travel to other Blank Family of Businesses locations.
  • The role involves translating DEIB strategy into compelling internal and external storytelling that strengthens associate engagement and positions AMBSE as an employer of choice.
