Job Summary

  • Professionally achieve regional sales targets by ensuring the region's work plan (POA), field strategy plan, and regional plan are successfully completed in accordance with company policy and AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
  • Develop regional business plans based on key business objectives and supervise their implementation, while conducting SWOT analysis of the market and competitors to identify business opportunities.
  • Maintain contact with key long-term customers/clients and supervise Medical Representatives (MRs) to ensure they provide key promotional information within approved detailed supporting materials as per the work plan (POA).
