Job Summary

  • The Building Maintenance Technician will assist and conduct daily facility building operational functions and maintenance.
  • Responsibilities include seasonal lawn care, trash removal, and cleaning common areas including restrooms and the maintenance garage.
  • The role requires following safety regulations and assisting the Chief Engineer with supervising onsite contracted work.
