The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and monitoring vital signs while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents to new rooms or vehicles

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Assist with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license
Minimum 10th grade education required
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
