You will ensure that internal and external customer expectations are met by adhering to strict safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including FDA regulations.
This role requires you to champion the development and deployment of systems to drive innovation and continuous improvement within a Manufacturing Excellence culture.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Three years of relevant engineering experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations and Quality Management Systems
Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Root cause analysis and failure analysis skills
Nice-to-have
Proactive insight into technical challenges
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently with occasional guidance
Positive can-do attitude in high-energy environments
Familiarity with Integer Production System principles
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
