Key Requirements
Bachelors or Masters’s degree
16+ years of experience
managing large enterprise wide Global learning programmes
managing large teams
Knowledge of LXP, LMS and ticketing systems
Experience leading change in Ways of Working
Project Management Experience
managing others or leading without authority
Process Creation or Improvement activities
lead and influence others in a matrix environment
analytical skills and experience with data
managing larger projects is preferred
Certifications in Learning Design, Performance Consulting, Program Management preferred
