Job Summary
This position exists to provide excellent physical therapy services, evaluating patients, establishing and implementing a plan of care, and providing health and wellness education.
The role requires documenting evaluations, progress notes, daily treatments, education, and discharge summaries in compliance with BH Rehab policies.
Employees must have on-time completion of all required education as assigned per DNV requirements, Bozeman Health policy, and other registry requirements.
