Job Summary

  • The OT Engineer III executes assigned work orders, including support tickets and project tasks to meet Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) and other contractually defined obligations for new and existing customer facilities.
  • This role will provide support and expertise in supporting networking and security technologies, including Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco is comfortable leading resolution of high-impact issues, improving network design, and ensuring stable, scalable connectivity across multiple environments.

Key Requirements

  • 5-10+ years in networking or OT engineering roles
  • University technical degree or minimum 3-5 years of relevant IT network experience
  • Experience in compliance programs or standard-driven environments
  • CCNA/CCNP, PCNSE, or NSE certifications
