Job Summary

  • Lead the strategic vision and execution of the Professional Services Scheduling roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that expand customer self-service capabilities and implement intelligent automations that drive efficiency gains in scheduling at scale.
  • Lead the strategic implementation and ongoing management of a comprehensive Learning Management System to deliver scalable, dynamic adult learning experiences.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently
