Base: $302,005.00 - $390,830.00; Bonus/Equity: discretionary annual bonus and stock-based long-term incentives; Benefits: company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PK characterization of large molecule biologics
Design and interpretation of ADME studies
PK-PD and multi-compartmental modeling expertise
Leadership in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics
Collaboration with project teams and CROs
Preparation of regulatory submission documents
Nice-to-have
Experience with ligand binding assays and LC/MS bioanalysis
Participation in business development and licensing evaluations
Strong verbal and technical communication skills
Intellectual curiosity and staying current with DMPK advances
Supervisory experience of research scientists
Key Requirements
PhD degree
20+ years post-graduate industry experience
Expertise in pharmacokinetics and drug metabolism
Experience supporting large molecule biologics discovery and development
Ability to communicate scientific data to senior management
