Your day-to-day will be spent on the shop floor, where you'll lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass their goals by fostering a culture of passion and positivity.
Responsibilities include driving sales through effective coaching, delivering world-class customer experiences, educating customers on brand values, training and coaching team members, managing cash handling, and maintaining store presentation.
