Job Summary
Partner closely with digital marketing (brand and performance), CRM, and loyalty teams to optimize spend, increase retention, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Build and deploy ML and rule-based models for bid optimization, lifetime value prediction, and personalized offers.
Build self-service dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar to monitor acquisition, retention, and ROI metrics.
