Must-have

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development
  • Java, JCR, Apache Sling, OSGi
  • Modern frontend technologies (HTML, JS, CSS)
  • SPA frameworks (React, Angular)
  • Technical leadership and system design
  • Test-driven development and continuous deployment

Nice-to-have

  • Customer Data Platform (CDP) engineering
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) related engineering
  • Influencing technical strategy and architecture
  • Proactive issue mitigation and monitoring
  • Agile and iterative software development
  • Communication, inclusion, and visibility

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience building large-scale software applications
  • Expert-level Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience
  • Proficiency with Java, JCR, Apache Sling, OSGi
  • Expert frontend development skills
  • Proficient in English language
