The Rehab Patient Care Coordinator manages the client/patient intake process through effective communication and collection of information, performing a variety of administrative functions in support of outpatient rehab/specialty services.
The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for performing these functions in a manner that optimizes patient flow, maximizes departmental efficiencies, assures accurate revenue, and promotes patient/client and employer/insurer satisfaction.
