Job Summary

• The Maintenance & Reliability Manager will direct all reliability and maintenance activities to ensure that maximum operational potential is realized for the entire site operations.
• Responsibilities include managing departmental budgets, CMMS, preventive/predictive and corrective maintenance programs, and utility operations.
• The role requires a Bachelor's Degree preferred in Engineering or related technical field, with a minimum of 3 years' leadership experience and 10+ years of maintenance/production experience in manufacturing.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• 10+ years of maintenance/production experience within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to understand financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting
• Microsoft Office and CMMS experience and proficiency required
• Ability to manage a continuous operation (24 hrs, 7 days per week)
