Base: $84,595 - $103,394; Bonus/Equity: Variable incentive pay eligible; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, etc.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
  • 2 years experience in supply chain or manufacturing
  • Experience with SAP ERP software systems
  • Knowledge of Production Planning processes
  • Strong data mining and analysis skills

Nice-to-have

  • ASCM CPIM certification preferred
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Cross-functional team collaboration skills
  • Leadership and self-motivational abilities
  • Experience with 3M specific systems like Factory Planner

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required prior to start
  • ASCM CPIM certification preferred but not mandatory initially
