Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years manufacturing experience
2 years lead role in manufacturing
High School Diploma or GED
Lean Manufacturing principles
GMP standards compliance
Cleanroom environment operation
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree preferred
Lean Six Sigma understanding
Strong mechanical troubleshooting
Proficient in Excel and MES
Willingness to work overtime
Excellent verbal and written English
