  • 15+ years progressive accounting experience
  • Big 4 public accounting background preferred
  • SEC reporting responsibilities in public company
  • Deep expertise in US GAAP and SOX compliance
  • Experience leading large multi-level accounting teams
  • M&A accounting integration and purchase price allocation

  • International accounting and multi-currency experience
  • Familiarity with insurance statutory accounting principles

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA certification required
  • 15+ years of progressive accounting experience

  • 5+ years in senior leadership managing large teams
