Job Summary

  • The Technical Account Manager is responsible for driving successful retention, adoption, activation, and expansion of Ylopo’s Radar AI product-line.
  • Core responsibilities include Radar AI Client Success Ownership, acting as a Product Team Liaison, serving as a Growth & Expansion Partner, and leading Enablement & Scalable Education.
  • Compensation includes starting pay from $70K to $75K plus 30% of base salary OTE bonus, medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid holidays, vacation, sick days, and a 401(k).
