  • As a nurse in our Med Surg Float Pool, you float amongst all of our units and provide care to our patients where needed.
  • By floating around the hospital, you will be exposed to different patient populations and specialties.
  • The registered nurse demonstrates the ability to effectively manage patients by assuming full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation of patient care and is directly responsible to a designated nurse manager, or supervisor.
