Job Summary
Partner with design teams to support development, provide manufacturability feedback, and generate product data for mechanical and simple electrical parts.
Drive supplier quality development throughout product development stages, including design reviews, supplier process development, testing, and qualification for components and sub-assemblies.
Own the elimination of supplier risk to improve quality and reliability across the product lifecycle, utilizing audits, readiness reviews, and training.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field
Experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
Experience fabricating aluminium, CNC precision parts and electro-mechanical sub-assy processes
Experience scaling supplier capabilities from prototype to production
Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001-based QMS
Experience performing First Article Inspection to AS9102
Working knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and GD&T
