Job Summary

• This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, NJ, and will design and implement transformative change strategies, influence senior leaders and organizations, and embed a culture of agility and continuous improvement across a sophisticated global enterprise.
• As a trusted advisor, you’ll craft impactful strategies, resource plans, and partner engagement models; lead efforts to standardize global processes and establish balanced change practices—translating sophisticated organizational change into scalable, measurable initiatives aligned to business goals and long-term value realization.
• The anticipated base pay range for this position is : 150,000 - 258,750; employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, savings plan, and long-term incentive program.
