Job Summary
The HR Digital & AI VIE Americas role supports the successful implementation and adoption of digital HR tools and AI-driven solutions across the region to modernize HR functions and improve operational efficiency.
The jobholder will collaborate closely with stakeholders and senior members to assist with change evolution and report to the Head of HR Digital Transformation North America.
This role involves developing training materials, conducting sessions, creating dashboards, and proposing innovative digital HR solutions while contributing to at least one major project completion.
