Job Summary

• The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is responsible for the day-to-day activities in the rehabilitation department of an assigned facility or facilities, including direct and indirect services, supervision, and training of therapy personnel.
• The DOR implements new programs to meet facility needs, provides clinical and operational oversight, and ensures adherence to regulatory standards and quality of care.
• This role requires supervision of PT, OT, and Speech Therapy personnel, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and managing denials management activities.
