Kalispell Assisted Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents. The position involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring residents' comfort and well-being, with a starting compensation of $21 per hour.

Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
You will create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
You must perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures, cooperate with inter-departmental personnel, and promptly report any changes in resident conditions or incidents.
