• The Executive Director is responsible for the overall business strategy & operational management of the processes, programs, governance bodies and capability areas that the Global R&D Technology Solutions organization needs for successful delivery of its business outcomes.
• Key responsibilities include developing business strategy and operational plans, defining and standing up a process optimization capability, implementing FAIR data strategies and ontology frameworks, and coordinating technology governance.
• The role involves leading and mentoring a high-performing team, managing the organization’s program portfolio and financial budget, and developing a comprehensive internal communication strategy.
