Job Summary
Provide efficient and quality service to customers and users at the branch window, by performing monetary operations (deposits and payments), maintenance, inquiries and promoting (prospecting) the sale of financial products contributing to the fulfillment of operational and commercial goals of the branch.
As the first point of contact for Banamex customers, provide a positive first impression through effective and friendly customer service.
Carry out effective and accurate banking transactions, including managing branch cash, processing incoming/outgoing cash deposits, and maintaining branch vault cash.
