Base hourly pay: $20/hr for client service time; Service commission: 18%; Retail commission: 25% (skincare/manual tools), 10% (EMS/electric tools), 5% (3rd party); Event pay: $40/hr; Monthly bonus potential; Quarterly comp workouts
