Job Summary
Develop pretreatment processes for conventional and unconventional test vehicles in CoW hybrid bonding applications.
Collaborate with partners to evaluate different pretreatment technologies to identify the best for HBM and deep dive with engineering team to prototype next gen pretreatment modules.
