Partner with operations and HR leadership during union negotiations, contract language review, and bargaining preparation, and serve as a primary operational contact for employee benefits administration.

Key Requirements

5–10+ years progressive HR experience
manufacturing and/or unionized environments
labor relations leadership experience
Advanced analytical capability
Strong working knowledge of federal leave law
Experience supporting benefits administration
HR certification preferred
Availability to support a 24/7 multi-shift workforce
