Job Summary
This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for the sales organization (33 Field Representatives and 5 Sales Managers) and a central contribution to the definition and execution of commercial strategies in close partnership with the Business Unit Director.
Lead and coordinate the national Sales organization for the Vet Channel (Field Representatives and Sales Managers), ensuring excellent execution in the field.
Develop, coach, and motivate the sales team, fostering a performance-driven, customer-centric, and compliant culture.
