Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Act and Quality Standards
  • Understanding of clinical risk and continuous improvement
  • Experience in clinical education or supervision roles

Nice-to-have

  • Willingness to obtain Certificate IV in Assessment and Training
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive approach to fostering high-performance culture
  • Familiarity with incident management and CRM systems

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Assessment and Training
  • Police check and NDIS clearance
  • Willingness to undertake Mercy Health Foundation Improvement Capability program
