  • Experience with Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework (ELOF)
  • Proven track record facilitating virtual and in-person training
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed and adversity-responsive practices

Nice-to-have

  • Fluency in Spanish language
  • Experience supporting AIAN or MSHS programs
  • Master's degree in early childhood education

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
  • 1+ year experience with HSPPS, ELOF, and effective teaching practices
  • 1+ year experience training diverse ECE audiences virtually and in-person
  • 1+ year experience with DLLs, children with disabilities, or families facing adversity
  • 1+ year of adult learning theory application
