This role partners closely with Finance leadership teams across regions to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure organizational health.
Key responsibilities include partnering with senior Finance leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development across a global footprint.
