Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related study
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Manager of multi-family construction
  • 5 years construction industry experience preferred
  • 3 years Multi Family field experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Bluebeam
  • Proficient in reading construction plans
