BD is seeking a Procedural Specialist to promote and educate healthcare professionals about their Peripheral Intervention products in the Eastern North Carolina territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in surgical or interventional settings and possess strong communication skills to train and support medical staff

Job Summary

  • Promote BD Peripheral Intervention products to customers and potential customers through support and education within a defined geographic area and as determined by the Regional Manager.
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters relating to BD Peripheral Intervention products through case support, conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one in-servicing, and/or available internal/external physician education training programs.

  • Surgical and endovascular procedure knowledge
  • Basic anatomy
  • Medical and surgical terminology
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in OR, IR Lab, or Cath Lab
  • Associates Degree or B.S. in Nursing, Cardiovascular, Radiology, Vascular Surgery or equivalent
