  • Serve as senior electrical engineering lead for hardware development on DoD and MDA programs involving controllable solid propulsion systems, providing technical leadership and mentorship to electrical engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable electrical and electromagnetic standards including MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, IPC J-STD-001, IPC-2221, and MIL-PRF-38534/38535.
