Serve as senior electrical engineering lead for hardware development on DoD and MDA programs involving controllable solid propulsion systems, providing technical leadership and mentorship to electrical engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable electrical and electromagnetic standards including MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, IPC J-STD-001, IPC-2221, and MIL-PRF-38534/38535.
