Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in IRB administration
  • Expert knowledge of federal regulations
  • Master's degree or higher (preferred)
  • Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or Certified IRB Manager (CIM) (preferred)
  • 2+ years of lead experience (preferred)
  • Experience with AAHRPP accreditation (preferred)
  • Experience with electronic IRB systems (preferred)
