Resident Advisors play a vital role in supporting and mentoring high school students participating in the Upward Bound summer residential program.
RAs live in an ISU residence hall and are responsible for students’ safety, engagement, personal development, and daily supervision.
This position takes place in a variety of settings, including ISU residence halls, academic buildings, recreational spaces, outdoor areas, and off‑campus facilities.
