Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR payroll and operations, internal communications, or related fields
  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR practices across different countries
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Communications, or related area
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Fluent in Croatian and English
  • Knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage
