Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain resident medical records and health information systems in strict accordance with current federal and state guidelines.
Employees are responsible for retrieving, assembling, checking, and filing resident charts while ensuring incomplete records are returned for correction.
Staff must possess the ability to make independent decisions, deal tactfully with residents and visitors, and report any suspected fraud or unauthorized access attempts.
