** RSM is seeking an Oracle Risk Transformation Manager to lead governance, risk, security, and controls transformations for Oracle applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep Oracle implementation experience and a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, with the opportunity to build a national practice in this area. **

Job Summary

  • Assist clients in Oracle governance, risk, security, and controls transformations, including controls optimizations, security role redesigns, or implementations of Oracle RMC, Fastpath, or other GRC technologies.
  • Enhance current ERP methodology as it relates to Oracle configuration enhancements, security role design methodology, testing of controls and training approaches.
  • Provide first choice advisor experience to existing clients while working to maximize client value and exceed client expectations.
