Remote is seeking a Manager for PEO Payroll Implementations to lead a team responsible for onboarding international customers to their global payroll platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PEO payroll, team management, and a strong understanding of compliance across multiple states

  • Oversee complex HR, payroll, and compliance environments across multiple states and industries in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
  • Lead, Manage & Hire a nationally distributed team of PEO Payroll Implementation Specialists; grow & develop the team through coaching and mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of PEO Payroll end to end experience with all states
  • 5+ years of PEO Payroll Customer Implementation experience in a SaaS environment
  • 5+ years team management or customer account management or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge in implementing customer’s payroll structure in multiple states
  • Strong knowledge of creating standard operating procedures
  • Advance experience with scaling processes, automating repetitive tasks and driving metrics
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets and working in a MacBook Pro environment
  • Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities
