Job Summary

  • You will provide holistic social work support to ITE students-at-risk and will be part of the professional team, working with students and their families, community partners and relevant stakeholders within ITE.
  • Some of the tasks which you are expected to perform include: Engaging and connecting with students and their challenges, Providing case assessment and goals/outcome of the work with students and their families.
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders (e.g. departments within ITE, government and community agencies) to provide holistic care and support to students.
