Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and passionate design engineers to join our Central Engineering Group and be part of an elite team responsible for the development of foundation IP for AI products.
The role involves designing and building memory or circuit blocks at the gate or transistor level, simulating and analyzing circuit designs, and performing post-layout simulations and verification.
Candidates will develop scripts to automate characterization flow, specify and verify memory models, and help specify silicon test plans while correlating silicon to simulation data.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Transistor level circuit design
Post-layout simulation and verification
Automation scripting for characterization flow
Memory behavioral and physical model verification
Floorplan physical implementation and layout integration
Nice-to-have
Understanding of signal integrity and EM/IR analysis
Expertise in memory circuit design
Knowledge of DFT schemes and chip level integration
Good communication and leadership skills
Motivated and self-driven multi-tasker
Key Requirements
Requires a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
