This role involves architecting and maintaining robust pipelines for processing and analyzing large-scale genomic data sets, and leading interpretation and visualization of genomic data.
The position requires strategic bioinformatics leadership for clinical studies and trials, and mentoring and training team members and collaborators on advanced bioinformatics tools and methods.
